Wills

Make sure that your assets and personal effects go to the people you want to have them.

Having a Will is really important as it sets out your wishes for how your affairs are to be managed after you are gone.

In your Will you are able to list who you want to leave special items to and also who you would like to provide for. It also sets out who you would like to have look after your children.

A Will is a valuable document and it’s at a relatively low cost. It ensures that when you pass away, your loved ones know what your wishes are, especially at a difficult time.

If you don’t have a Will, the law determines how your estate is divided, and what happens to the people who depend on you after you’re gone and this may not be what you want to happen.
