Enduring Powers of Attorney

When you set up your Will it’s often a good time to have an enduring power of attorney (EPA) put in place as well.

An EPA is a legal document which sets out who has permission to take care of your personal or financial matters if you can’t.

This gives you better control over what happens later on, in the event that you are unable to take care of your personal or financial matters due to accident or illness.

If the unforeseen happens, it can save time and money, not to mention unnecessary stress on your family.
